4. Cancellations for Causes Beyond Our Control

5. Delays and No-Shows
Our tours begin on time. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice, the tour may begin without the client.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or absences.

6. Booking Modification
Customers can modify their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not guaranteed.

7. Travel Documents and Insurance
Each traveler is fully responsible for:
